Food. It's what unites us, it's what brings us together. It's a conversation starter, it's common interest and a social activity. For so many years, coeliacs and vegans have suffered with a poor choice in cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The joy of selecting a tasty option from a menu is stripped to, if you're lucky, a tiny corner on a menu with a few unimaginative choices. This is where we stepped in.
The Suited Baker was born; an innovative, luxury, affordable bakery brand. You may have noticed our name humbly popping up across the north, particularly, Sheffield. With a bespoke vegan and gluten free cake in Bullion, Cutlery Works and products entering cafes and restaurants across the county.
Forget what you already know about gluten free and vegan cuisine. Through research, development and hundreds of hours, we have perfected our recipes, and we're not stopping there.
From ciabatta bread, to baguettes, to freshly made cakes and sweet-products, we are constantly innovating our craft with new products being created by the week. People have to double take when enjoying our produce, with many customers having to ask us, "Is this definitely vegan?" and "This is gluten free, right?."
