The idea for this recipe came from my personal difficulty of finding desserts in restaurants that catered for both gluten free and vegan customers and personally, I have a huge sweet tooth myself, so I love an indulgent dessert- Maybe more often than I should... But that's life!
This plant-based recipe will leave you questioning whether you've used non-vegan products due to its unbelievable creamy taste and texture... Have I got your mouth watering yet?

We personally love pistachio nuts as a topping for this treat, but if that isn’t what sets your taste buds flowing then opt for another topping of your choice, perhaps crushed hazelnuts?or orange zest for a fruitful zing!
For the dairy free chocolate, we love to use Bullion dark chocolate as it is our go-to for adding a real depth of flavour to this recipe, but you can use any dairy-free chocolate you desire.
