Vegan and Gluten Free Sriracha 'Omelette' Recipe- A Perfect Sunday Brunch

Our gluten free and vegan sriracha ‘omelette’ recipe is perfect for those lazy Sunday’s when it’s a little harder to get out of bed in time for breakfast! No allergen is spared here with this recipe: it’s quick, nutritious and it’s yummy- what more could you want?

The light ‘omelette’ texture compliments the crunchy veggies perfectly, making for a filling, (but not heavy) healthy treat.

We understand that it is often extra difficult for our plant-based AND gluten free customers to find inventive meal options to satisfy those unavoidable cravings- but this recipe does exactly that. You won’t find yourself longing for bread-based brunches (unless its our wonderful gluten free and vegan friendly Sourdough or Focaccia of course) or eggy breakfasts because our Sriracha ‘Omelette’ will have you feeling content and nourished all at the same time.

The fillings shown are adjustable to individual taste, but this is just our personal preference- and obviously it isn’t mandatory to have the vegetables al dente, so if this isn’t you’re thing, just cook them to your preferred consistency.
